As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to take precautionary measures to ensure your health and safety. Please help us by reading the following list of protocols that must be observed during your visit:
Before leaving your house
Fill out the appropriate forms and have them ready.
Go to the bathroom at home! Bathrooms at the office will not be in service.
Brush your teeth before leaving your house!
When you arrive at the office
Before arriving for your appointment, call from your car and wait in the parking lot until it is your turn.
Use a mask when entering the office.
All patients will have their temperatures taken when arriving.
Patients will be quickly escorted to their treatment room, no one is permitted to wait in the waiting room.
When you leave the office
All payments must be arranged beforehand. Call ahead and make all insurance arrangements are completed.
Have your check ready or have the credit card form filled out.
